About Areca Palm Tree

The Areca Palm is a tall tree with clustered leaves and smooth stems like bamboo. It is pretty easy to care for and can grow over 8 feet tall. The plant produces small yellow flowers that don't seem to be the centerpiece of this tree. Areca Palm is probably endangered in its native Madagascar. It is commonly used as a privacy screen and planted along roadsides.
